Sashiko Workshop with Marilyn Willis

Sashiko is a Japanese form of decorative reinforcement stitching, and was originally used to patch Japanese kimonos. This visible mending technique was practised in Japan to mend tears in fabrics, and has become a decorative stitch in its own right.
Workshops: 10-12pm and 2-4pm Cost £25 each session (materials provided).

Fibre Fest takes place on 1st June, 10-5pm.
