Me and my wife have had the Yummy Noodle Bar in the Enterprise Centre for just over twenty years now and have been able to expand the business three times now. Being a tenant in the Centre is different to having a landlord elsewhere as they are approachable and you can speak face to face. I would go as far to say that the office staff, maintenance team and directors are like friends now. This is a great place to start a business or even transfer to here. Lots of inclusive extras are provided so it’s easy to budget for. During the Covid crisis they really helped out all tenants and made it a safe place to work again for shop/ office owners as well as the general public at their own expense. In the twenty years we have been here there has been many upgrades and improvements made to the building making this an enjoyable place to work and a pleasant experience for shoppers.

I have been running my shop in the Enterprise Centre for almost 3 years now, having moved from my previous premises in Battle to a much larger unit here. I have found the Centre management team very easy to deal with, supportive and actually interested in the success of my business. As a landlord myself I know this is vital in order to retain tenants and to build trust. The maintenance team are extremely helpful and have willingly assisted me to make changes to my unit as my business has evolved.

We have happily been in the Centre for six years. As our customer base grew so did our shop as we expanded to allow for further growth. During our expansion the maintenance team worked hard to allow this to happen as soon as possible, and we were able to stay open throughout. There is a friendly atmosphere here, and we are made to feel very welcome.
