If a contravention occurs, your personal data may be collected, processed, shared and retained in order to carry out the performance of a public task and fulfil our legal obligations in the following ways:
• To request details of the registered keeper of the vehicle from the DVLA in order to pursue a Penalty Charge Notice;
• Shared with third parties for appeals and enforcement;
• Shared with the police or security organisations to prevent or detect crime.

Parking permits
Only the permits available on this website will be available and valid for purchase as a Season Ticket in any Enterprise Shopping Centre car park.
Permits shall be valid only for the maximum period shown when selecting the permit for purchase.
A maximum of three vehicles may be added to a single permit.
If multiple vehicles are registered to a permit, only one vehicle may be allocated for use at any one time. It shall be the account holder’s responsibility to ensure that the appropriate vehicle is selected for use, prior to parking in a Enterprise Shopping Centre car park.
Online payments
Any information received by us when collecting an online payment will be used only to record your payment. We will ensure it is not used for any other purpose unless required to do so by law for the prevention of crime and the detection of fraud. Payment information will be kept securely until no longer required at which point it will be deleted in line with our data protection policy.
